Context
BLW Kunststoffen processes a broad range of plastics into high-grade end components for industry. These parts are marked with barcodes, logos and type numbering that must be durable against chemical cleaning and harsh conditions.
Challenge
The previous method slowed down the flow in the workshop and turned out to be a bottleneck for growth. BLW needed a faster laser solution that delivers sharp, high-contrast engravings on a variety of plastics. Top requirement: a supplier with direct, fast service from the Netherlands to prevent downtime.
