Context
BIT Hotmelt Technology develops and builds high-quality adhesive equipment for the processing industry. Every unit that leaves the factory is marked with type numbering, technical specifications, serial numbers and, regularly, customer-specific brand logos on the metal chassis.
Challenge
BIT did not want to depend on external parties for creating or adjusting engraving files. They needed a flexible engraving system that would allow their own technical team to build new layouts on the fly. User-friendly software was an absolute must, as was hardware that adapts seamlessly to parts of every size.
Solution
A Lion Classic Fiber laser system, delivered complete with our user-friendly control software. Lion Lasers set the correct laser parameters for BIT’s specific metal alloys and trained the team on site. As a result, BIT now has full freedom in their own design process.
