The Lion Icon Fiber is the standard for industrial metalworking.
 
With the Lion Icon Fiber, you engrave and mark at lightning speed on metal, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, brass and non-heat-sensitive plastics. Suitable for deep engravings, molds, tool labeling and durable identification codes. Built for serial production in machine building, equipment manufacturing, medical sector and industrial plastics processing.
 
Under the hood sits a MOPA fiber laser with adjustable pulse duration, allowing you to not only engrave classic metal but also apply color marking on stainless steel and razor-sharp coding on sensitive materials. And thanks to the digital Lionscan galvanometer scan head, even the most complex logos, serial numbers and barcodes are applied with pinpoint precision.

The Lion Icon UV is for packaging, heat-sensitive plastics and high-precision marking.
 
The Lion Icon UV works with “cold marking”: the short 355nm wavelength transfers minimal heat to the material. No deformation, no discoloration, no burning. That’s why it’s the specialist for materials that you cannot mark with a fiber laser.
 
Suitable for recyclable packaging plastics (PET, PE, PP), transparent materials such as glass and acrylic, and delicate components such as microchips, medical instruments and small electronic parts. Also where fine details, microtext and razor-sharp high-contrast marking are required.
 
Ideal for monostream recyclable packaging: the UV marks without ink and does not disrupt the recycling process.
 
The same user-friendly housing as the Fiber: autofocus, touchscreen and optional LionAssist interface.

How much does the Lion Icon cost?

The price depends on the configuration and setup. You can get the Lion Icon a Dutch developed laser system starting from € 20.000,-We always give you a fair custom quote once we understand what you need, so you only pay for what you actually use. Request a demo for personal advice.

How quickly can I start producing after purchase?

Our engineers install the machine at your location. Most customers run their first production within one day. We make sure your team is fully trained before we leave.

Can I try the machine first on my own products?

Yes, that’s exactly what we recommend. Bring your own products to our demo in Breda, or send them in. We show you what the machine does with them before you make a decision.

How long is the warranty on a Lion Icon?

Standard, you get 2 years of full warranty on your Lion Icon. With a maintenance contract, the warranty extends up to 5 years. For questions or issues, you always have direct contact with our service in Breda, no waiting for foreign support.
