The entry configuration with a fixed pulse duration. Suitable for standard metalworking: logos, serial numbers, data matrix codes and CE markings on stainless steel, aluminum, steel and titanium. Speed and quality for serial production.

Best choice if you mainly do classic engraving and marking on metal.

30W Nano - For flexible marking with adjustable pulse duration

The same 30W power as the Industrial, but with MOPA Nano technology. This allows you to adjust the pulse duration (2 to 500 ns) and achieve more effects: color marking on stainless steel, finer coding and less heat impact on sensitive materials.

What is MOPA and why is it important?

MOPA stands for Master Oscillator Power Amplifier. In practice, it means you can adjust the pulse duration of the laser, instead of a fixed pulse duration like in standard Q-switched fiber lasers. This allows you to achieve more colors on stainless steel, prevents deformation on sensitive materials, and lets you use the same machine for both rough deep engraving and razor-sharp coding.

Which Lion Icon Fiber power level do I need?

The Lion Icon Fiber is available in 30W Industrial, 30W Nano, 60W Nano and 80W Super Nano. The 30W Industrial is suitable for classic metal engraving and marking. The Nano variants (30W, 60W, 80W) offer more flexible pulse settings for color marking and higher speed. Which power level fits best depends on your material and desired throughput. We discuss it during the demo.

How much does a Lion Icon cost?

The price depends on the configuration and setup. You can get the Lion Icon, a laser system developed in the Netherlands, starting from € 20,000. That said, we always create a custom quote once we understand your production situation. Request a demo and we’ll discuss it together.

How quickly can I start producing after purchase?

Our engineers install the machine at your location. Most customers run their first production within one day. We make sure your team is fully trained before we leave.

Can I try the machine first on my own products?

Yes, that’s exactly what we recommend. Bring your own products to our demo in Breda, or send them in. We show you what the machine does with them before you make a decision.

How long is the warranty on a Lion Icon?

Standard, you get 2 years of full warranty on your Lion Icon. With a maintenance contract, the warranty extends up to 5 years. For questions or issues, you always have direct contact with our service in Breda, no waiting for foreign support.
