1. Which materials do you use for nameplates?

Stainless steel (most chosen because of scratch-resistance and durability), aluminum (lighter and more affordable) and brass (classic appearance). Working with a different material? Request a sample engraving and we’ll see what fits.

2. What is the minimum quantity per order?

We focus specifically on laser engraving of larger quantities and series production for the business market, not on single pieces. In doubt whether your request fits? Request a sample engraving and we’ll look at the possibilities together.

3. Do the nameplates comply with the Machinery Directive?

Yes. Our laser-engraved nameplates comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The engraving is permanent, readable throughout the entire lifespan of the machine, and resistant to chemicals, wear and UV light.

4. Can you process unique serial numbers per nameplate?

Yes, that’s one of our standard operations. We process sequential serial numbers, data matrix codes, QR codes or barcodes. Send us a list of numbers and we’ll link them directly to production.

5. How quickly can you deliver?

The sample is on your desk within 5 business days. For series production it depends on quantities, material and delivery. In the first conversation you’ll get a realistic lead time. No surprises afterward.

6. What's included with the sample?

A real engraved nameplate in the material you’ve chosen, with your logo, serial number and CE marking if desired. You’ll also receive a price indication for a series and advice on material choice and mounting method.
